This beautifully hand-decorated ceramic platter by New Bern artist Janet Francoeur features a vibrant, garden-inspired floral design. Painted in her signature watercolor-and-ink style, the platter showcases an array of colorful blossoms — soft white dogwoods, cheerful yellow daisies, delicate blue flowers, pale lilac blooms, and warm coral petals — all arranged against a striking black background that makes the colors pop.
